Last Day to Buy PE Uniforms and Hoodies online on the PTA webstore is Monday, June 12.  Click here!

Every year, we are reminded that what makes every school outstanding and unique, is the support given by the parents, volunteers and community.  We recognized the following individuals for their tireless work throughout the year in bringing together parents, helping our teachers/staff and providing memorable experiences to our students.  Our 2023 Service Award recipients include:
IMG_5696
Brenda Durnin, Liz Palmer, Leeanna Izuel, Carol Jones, Heike Intagliata
(Not pictured) Lydia Bottegoni, Sabine Cain and Holly Torpey.  You will be missed!

Interested in helping next year?  It’s never too late to get involved!  Sign up yourself or bring a friend to co-chair! We have an extremely helpful association of members that can help guide new volunteers to raise funds, plan events and help show some love to our teachers and staff.   We are in particular need of chairs or co-chairs next school year for:

  • Staff Appreciation Week co-chair (rising 6th/7th grade parent)
  • Logowear co-chair
  • Dining for Dollars (can be done from home)
  • Mustang Drive co-chair
  • Passive Fundraising/Ralph’s donations (can be done from home)
  • Technology (G-Suite) (can be done from home)
  • 8th Grade Party (rising 8th grade parent)

If you are interested in learning more and feel like you have only a limited amount of time to give, we can help you find the perfect fit for your schedule.  Please email: info@rogersmiddleschoolpta.com and inquire today.

Rogers Recap: Career Day!

Rogers welcomed 29 speakers to Mustang Park on Tuesday, May 23 for Career Day! Students were matched with three speakers based on their interests and learned about potential career paths in a job-fair-like set up.  6th, 7th and 8th graders were all able to enjoy this great event.

Thanks to chair Kathy Remeika for bringing this wonderful event back to Rogers and to all the volunteers and speakers who made this possible! Want to help out next year?  Email president@rogersmiddleschool.com.
