VIPS are needed for the Rogers Book Fair February 15-18 2022. The Book Fair will be held on campus for all students in the school library.

  • Recording Secretary (Takes and records minutes of each meeting; required to continue as an active PTA Unit)
  • Corresponding Secretary (prepares Rogers PTA correspondence and communications, including via email, newsletters, website, and social media)

MEETING AND ELECTIONS NOTICE |  Elections for next year’s Board will be scheduled for the next General Association meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd. Watch this space for more details as the date approaches.

Please note that only current Rogers VIPS will be able to help with on campus school day events (this includes the Mustang Drive fundraiser). For this reason, it is important for those interested to start the application process as soon as possible as VIPS applications may take several weeks to process and finalize. A flyer is scheduled to come home with all 8th graders very soon explaining the event along with how you can help to support the effort!

Want to help with planning or just learn what’s happening so far? THE NEXT 8TH GRADE COMMITTEE MEETING IS SET FOR WED. MARCH 2ND 6:30-7:30 VIA ZOOM (email Danielle for ZOOM link as date approaches)! 

Specific areas in need of volunteers are as follows

  • Candy Bar
  • Photo Booth
  • Decorations
  • Entertainment (DJ/other)

A quick reminder for those 5th grade families in the Rogers attendance area enrolling and/or for those trying for School of Choice for the 2022-23 year that the Rogers VIRTUAL site night is scheduled for NEXT WEEK Wednesday February 9th from 4:20-5:20 p.m. Look to the Rogers School Loop Website for more info and for the ZOOM link.

Check with your student also today after school for more at-home rapid Covid-19 tests to help monitor and manage your health and care at home. Thank you!

we need your help clip art sign displayFood/ Snack Donations Needed NEXT WEEK for Field Day! Rogers students have a special Field Activity Day coming up on Friday February 11th … and Student Council needs your help!

WANTED: PTA Board Members and Chairperson PTA currently has two Board positions available, VP Ways and Means (Fundraising) and Community Outreach Director (handles Appian Way banner sales and other business partnership opportunities). Uniforms Committee Chairperson (sweatshirts and PE uniforms) is also needed. These positions are open and ready NOW for people who are wanting to jump right in and get involved with Rogers PTA! Rogers Dining for Dollars Hiatus & Highlights While Rogers PTA has suspended its Dining for Dollars partnership fundraising program at this time, PTA would still would like to help spread the word about local business and community by featuring a business who has partnered with us in the past! Book Fair Ends TOMORROW Friday 12/6 After Lunchtime!

Rogers hosts the Scholastic Book Fair all this week in the school library from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (open during lunchtime). The last day for the fair is TOMORROW Friday 12/6.

PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE: Book Fair will close on Friday 12/6 after lunchtime!Scholastic Book Fair comes to the Rogers' Library from Monday December 2 through Friday December 6. Open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Parents are welcome to stop by anytime during the hours posted to shop. Please check in at the office first.

Our school’s Book Fair is a great place to support your child’s own love of reading and stock up on holiday gifts, all while raising money for our school at the same time!
