The Mustang Drive kicks off Tuesday, November 4 with fun-filled assemblies!  The Mustang Drive supports many critical Rogers programs that benefit our great students and amazing teachers and staff. Prior years’ Mustang Drives supported this year’s WEB program, enrichment programs such as BrainPop, field trips such as PALI, student clubs and activities, PE and lunch activity supplies, the student wellness center, 8th grade end-of-year activities, and special projects such as the gymnasium scoreboard.

What is our goal? Our goal is to raise $50,000 to ensure that these field trips, student programs and enrichment, teacher wish lists, and important programs and activities continue to be funded. Rogers PTA will also continue to fund the WEBprogram, which creates a positive, caring school culture by empowering our 8th graders to support our 6th and 7th graders at school.

Fundraising takes place from November 4 thru November 18 and culminates in a celebration for the whole school on Friday December 5. Using fun incentives like treats and great prizes, the Mustang Drive encourages students to raise money and help their school. Students raise money via EpicStartsHere.com or direct donations and can earn rewards, treats, and prizes are based on their email, texts, and cash donations fundraising results. Golden Tickets will be awarded to students who raise $75 or more. In addition, classes that raise the most collectively will earn special rewards.

Mustang Drive timeline:

• November 4: Kick-off Assembly – pledge packets go home.

• November 4: Register at EpicStartsHere.com and send out 10 emails/texts to earn an Adrenaline ticket. Every adrenaline ticket wins something! Sending 15 or more emails/texts qualifies students for the Epic Pass Drawing, where they can win tickets to Sea World, $100 spending cash, and a $200 Ticket Master gift card. (reward delivered Friday November 7).

• By November 4, 11, and 18: Send out 5 more emails/texts each week (rewards delivered Fridays).

• November 18: Pledge sheets due; last day for monies raised to earn Golden Tickets for drawings.
